New Aliens vs. Predator DLC Map Pack Goes on a Bughunt
 

Aliens vs. Predator will pick up four all-new battlegrounds this July in a second paid downloadable content map pack, publisher Sega has announced, titled 'Bughunt.'

Due out on July 7 at $6.99 (560 Microsoft Points) for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, the Bughunt pack contains two new maps for AvP's standard multiplayer modes then another two for the 'Survival' mode. Sega boasts that "for the first time, these maps will include environmental hazards and new weather effects."

damn....200 points short....i need to get more anyway if i'm gonna get a couple arcade games to go with this then...and besides its not like i've gotten to play on any of the other dlc maps as well...i seriously think the only one i've played a full game on so far is docks and thats it.....WOW i sure as hell hope this is gonna be good to have...

Wait wait....you only got to play one of the previous DLC maps a single time and are willing to fork over more money for the same pathetic experience? Someone explain this thinking to me. And don't give me that "oh I want to support Rebellion" nonsense. All the profits go straight to Sega. The maps were created several months ago.

fairly simple....2 reasons:

1. i'm one of those assholes that has to have a complete something or other...it kills me alittle bit in fact knowing i never got the preorder skins ...seeing as how it would be awesome playing number 6 on the 360..almost noone does from what i seen...i do see alot of that god awful looking alien hunter predator tho...god..

2. i do have some friends that really like the survivor mode and we played the hell out of that a couple times ...the new map for survivor on there looks to be damn fun

well this is fun....the maps were taken off of xbl ...wonders whats goin on and if it'll void my purchase from earlier...

ya the DLC is not avaliable for PC on steam yet, and it's the 8th today. Not sure what is going on.

Maybe $7 or $8 really isnt a big deal for some of us? I dunno, maybe its just me. I just quit playing WoW recently and i've been subscribed to that for years. And I read most of the steam forum thread about the AVP DLC you were posting in, so no need to copy/paste points from there. Call me a fanboy or idiot for feeding them money, i dont really care.

..i spent 800 points cause i thought that was the final price...and microsoft is usually the one that says how much for what.....

well this is fuckin great..an extra couple hundred points down the drain

new maps are really cool. furious is a good 1v1 map looks like, not suited for 18 players, too small. crash site is pretty big, with tons of cool stuff, like a stream and several waterfalls.

yeah Tempest and Monument are fun survivor maps ...specially Tempest...tho i noticed that when i ran for more shotgun ammo the shotgun was always there( is that a glitch or have i not just noticed it before?) i made it to wave 7 both maps....was a pain when the praetorians started comin after me..havent gotten to play the other maps yet..
